Prompt handling is governed by Novarelay’s own privacy policy — read it before sending sensitive data. A gateway passes your request through to the model provider; it does not add training on your content. Avoid putting secrets in prompts, as with any API.
Pin exact model slugs in production and keep a fallback key (a second gateway or the official Anthropic API) so you can switch instantly. Pay-as-you-go and no lock-in mean you are never tied in.
